Phenomenal gets 100% customer satisfaction rating

Cisco VIP Service ratings key to success

EDINA, Minnesota – Phenomenal Networks has just received the results of a customer survey required as part of the stringent standards set by Cisco Systems for their Industry partners.

They achieved the top rating of 5 from every one of their customers surveyed. This relates to the national average of 4.2 that Cisco considers to be the minimum standard.

"We pride ourselves on providing our customers with outstanding service but it is nice to get this kind of feedback and at such a high level, "said Dave Shepherdson, President and CEO. "Our prime goal is to treat our customers as partners and I think these results show our success in meeting that goal".

The survey is mandated by Cisco Systems to ensure that their partners are following through their own high standards as over 90% of their business is through those partners.

John Chambers, President and CEO, Cisco Systems states, "Our differentiating feature is our fanatical approach to customer satisfaction". The survey comprises a wide set of questions ranging from pre-sales through to post sales support.

"The US National average customer satisfaction score for our partners was 4.58 for the past year," commented Andy Mullmann, Cisco Account Manager in Minneapolis. "So Phenomenal has performed well above that level and continues to show how important happy customers are to being successful."
