Professional Services offering will include Phenomenal Networks' custom voice solutions

Minneapolis, MN – Onvoy, a regional telecommunications provider based in Minneapolis, announced today that it has partnered with Edina-based Phenomenal Networks to provide custom voice solution expertise as part of Onvoy's new Professional Services offering.
